Wild Wellbeing
A nature-based wellbeing day for girls aged 11+
The tween and teen years bring so much change. Wild Wellbeing gives girls a day with nature to slow down, and come back to themselves, away from the pressures of school and screens.
Once a month, a small group of girls gathers in and with nature. Each day blends nature connection, movement, mindfulness and creativity, including hands-on making of natural products. It's a space for girls to slow down, connect with themselves and each other, and simply be, while supporting their hauora, their holistic wellbeing.
There's no pressure to perform or be anything other than themselves.
